Progress! This is my 100th blog post.
And there is progress with the workout plan. Day 10 was pretty good. I had worked right up to the minute of when I needed to start, and I DID NOT want to work out today. But I dragged my butt out of my chair, and put on my shoes and shorts and just got after it. The first 10 minutes is the hardest because you just have to force yourself through it. Once 10 minutes passes, you body acclimates and you start to get into gear. At least that’s my experience. So despite not wanting any part of working out today – I still got it done.
And for that, I will eat a Snickers, Kit Kat and Baby Ruth bar in celebration today.
