Full disclosure: I earned my first big, red X today on the workout log. Today was so filled with work (despite being my day off) I just couldn’t get to the workout. It’s difficult putting an X on the board, but I have to admit the workout didn’t get in. But the amount of work we got done was awesome – so I don’t feel too bad. I need to realize for the amount of work I do, there will simply be a day or two that I miss. It’s life. But I intend on working out everyday.
So today was supposed to be Legs & Back. My plan is to do it tomorrow and scratch Kenpo X. That way I can keep the recording the progress on the weight side of things.
Urgh. Red X’s suck. Back at it tomorrow.
