Hello, Monday. Today’s workout was a bit tougher because I figured I could go hyper-mode last night during Kenpo. Count on me to burn up all the energy if its there. Well, today I felt it. Sore! But the workout went pretty well. I had a few mishaps and cut a few reps short, but it was progress over last week. That’s all I’m looking for.
Oh, and I forgot to weigh-in this morning. So I’ll have to do it tomorrow morning. Anxious to see where I’m at. We gorged on Sunday night (Thai Food) so that couldn’t have helped much. But this morning it was back to the cheese, egg, spinach and tomato scramble for breakfast. Protein, baby.
All in all a good day. Time for Plyo tomorrow. Yikes. Let’s do it.
