Plyometrics. My fave.
Today was good and bad. Good because I feel like my legs are starting to wake up. They can make it through exercises without collapsing. But bad in that it’s still not quite there yet. I can’t get thorough all of the exercises just yet for Plyo. But it’s definitely coming. Not bad for just the 2nd time around for the program. I can’t get too beat up about it (trust me, I’m not).
I did find myself dramatically falling onto the carpet and whining like a 5th grader or like I had just been shot. It’s so dramatic. Then I lay there with my head propped up on my Yoga block like a pillow. At that second it is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my life. But then the guilt sets in only to jump up and start in on the next exercise.
So I got through about 80-90% of it, with a few, dramatic falls. But it was a keeper. Next week will be even better. Onward, people. Onward.
